I believe that we all have the ability to create our own happiness in life and life is not just about surviving but living a life you deserve. I have a “tell it as it is” straightforward style balanced with being a supportive, empowering and encouraging clinician to clients giving them the gentle push needed to help clients walk the path they choose that leads them to inner peace and happiness.

With 15 years of experience, I have been able to build a skill set that allows me to work with clients with issues ranging from ADHD, stress management, career, addictions, grief, mood disorders, self-esteem, and trauma. I have been able to help clients to grow their self-awareness, build boundaries, heal from their past including the ability to reflect on their thoughts and feelings and better understand their emotions. 

I utilize eclectic techniques to therapy to ensure each client gets an intimate tailored approach to their goals, including evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I provide a warm, supportive space (with a touch of humor) where we work as a team to build resilience and stronger coping skills.

I believe therapy isn’t just about feeling understood—it’s about learning and growing. That’s why I integrate strategies from CBT, DBT, IFS, attachment-based, and experiential therapies, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I will also help you apply what we discuss, ensuring that progress happens between sessions, not just during them.
